Housing offer for young adults up to 30 years
Your Tasks
- Accompany our residents in their personal competence development and provide support during mental crises
- Process responsibility and networking with internal and external agencies
- Day responsibility and deputy during the absence of the offer management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH or social pedagogue HF/FH
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
