Your training in the health or care EFZ sector as well as initial professional experience form the foundation for assignments in the outpatient area of Spitex.
What are your responsibilities?
- Individual, person-centered care and support of our clients according to the care plan
- Collaboration with the case-leading nursing specialist HF/FH and the operations management
- Professional expertise in common medical technology (injections, wound care)
- Understanding of chronically ill people and empathy for care situations in the home, private environment
- Collaboration with caregiving relatives
- Electronic documentation of progress, directly on site using company mobile phones
- Independent management of daily routes with the service car, according to the planning previously created by the operations management
