Complaint Management Specialist
Your area of responsibility
- Coordination and processing of technical complaints and customer claims
- Support of KAMs in error analyses, corrective actions, and internal clarifications
- Execution and follow-up of deviation analyses
- Collaboration with quality assurance in root cause analyses and documentation
- Communication with internal and external customers regarding complaints, interim solutions, and status feedback
- Administrative handling of damage and error cases including appointment and document management
- Participation in improvement and optimization projects (e.g., during the ramp-up phase of new products)
- Project coordination for internal corrective issues
- Ensuring continuous and seamless processing of complaints
- Calculation of simple and standard components / assemblies
- Recording and confirming customer orders
Your profile
Professional & Technical Competencies
- Completed technical basic training or commercial training with technical affinity or further education in the technical / quality-related field (e.g., quality specialist, HF technology, technical salesman)
- Experience in quality assurance, complaint processing, or technical customer service is an advantage
- Good knowledge of handling technical drawings, test protocols, and standards is an advantage
- ERP knowledge is an advantage, good Office applications
- Knowledge in project management (e.g., coordination, implementation, documentation)
- Experience with lean management, process optimization, or production control is desirable
- High administrative affinity, French and English skills are an advantage
