As a Product Manager, you act as an interface between the market and internal departments. The position should focus on capturing, evaluating market requirements, and acting as an idea sponsor internally in exchange with all stakeholders. Your main tasks include:
- Market observation and evaluation of competitive products
- Formulation of requirement profiles for new products
- Development of new applications and standard solutions
- Creation of market introduction concepts
- Conducting training sessions, both internally and for sales support through customer visits
- Participation in trade fairs, events, lectures, and external committees
- A completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, environmental technology, building technology, industrial engineering, or technical training with further education in product management
- Professional experience in the product management field
- Experience with product management tools
- Fluent German and English skills (at least B2), additional language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills
