Now we are looking for you: a person who will take our platform to the next level with Agentic AI – with autonomous, intelligent agents that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

You develop an Agentic AI strategy and define agent architecture patterns for the Peax platform.

You build a scalable Agentic AI framework based on state-of-the-art technology (Python, LangChain/LangGraph,…) integrated into our existing tech stack.

You design and implement AI agent pipelines with tool use, RAG, memory management and multi-agent orchestration.

You integrate agents into our Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and ensure scalable container strategies (Docker/Kubernetes).

You build an agent observability infrastructure (monitoring, tracing, evaluation).

You develop AI agents for concrete business use cases such as document processing, automation and intelligent assistance.

You work closely with engineering, DevOps and product management and coach the team in handling Agentic AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a backend engineer (Java/SpringBoot, Python)
• At least 2 years of experience with Agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications
• Deep knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic) and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases
• Understanding of modern cloud architectures (event-driven, microservices, containers, Azure)
• Ownership mentality, innovation focus, structured working style
• Very good German and English skills
