Your area of responsibility
In this responsible position as an Application Expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Sales and Field Service Management (FSM), you are the central expert for optimizing and further developing our integrated sales, execution, and service solution. You work within IT at the interface between sales, service, product team and ensure that our complex business processes are seamlessly mapped and supported in D365 CE.
Our solution is closely integrated with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and uses our self-developed product configurator (VC & CPQ) as well as the Resco Mobile App for mobile field services. You contribute significantly to optimizing the efficiency of our sales and service processes and strengthening the competitiveness of our company.
- Process optimization and configuration: You analyze and optimize sales and service processes and implement them in D365 CE. You configure and customize D365 CE functionalities to optimally meet business requirements.
- Low Code & High Code Development: You use technological possibilities to optimally further develop the overall solution. .NET Framework / .NET, Plug-ins (synchronous / asynchronous), Custom Workflow Activities, Azure Functions, PowerApps, Power Automate
- Integration and data management: You ensure that D365 CE is seamlessly integrated with D365 F&SCM and the product configurator (VC & CPQ). You orchestrate data flows between the systems and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Mobile field services: You support the implementation and optimization of the Resco Mobile App for FSM and ensure that field technicians are equipped with up-to-date information and tools.
- Requirements analysis and solution design: You work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and develop corresponding solution concepts in D365 CE.
- User support and training: You act as 2nd and 3rd level support for our internal users and external partners. You conduct appropriate training sessions.
- Quality assurance and testing: You create test concepts, conduct tests for new releases and configurations, and ensure a high quality of the solution.
- Performance and reporting: You optimize the performance of the D365 CE solution and create meaningful reports and dashboards for management.
- Change management: You support the introduction of changes and new functionalities and accompany users through transformation processes.

What you bring
- Technical expertise in D365 CE: Solid and several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, especially in the areas of Sales and Field Service Management.
- Development skills: .NET Framework / .NET, C#, Plug-ins (synchronous / asynchronous), Custom Workflow Activities, Azure Functions, PowerApps, Power Automate, API, SDK
- D365 F&SCM knowledge: Very good understanding of the integration between D365 CE and D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as well as the associated data processes.
- Product configuration: Experience with the integration of product configurators (VC/CPQ) in D365 CE and understanding of the associated business processes.
- Mobile solutions: Experience with mobile field service solutions and ideally with the Resco Mobile App or comparable solutions.
- Process and data understanding: Very good understanding of business processes in discrete manufacturing, especially in sales, quotation, order processing, and field service.
- Industry experience: Experience in a manufacturing company is a great advantage.
- Communication skills: You are strong in communication and can convey complex technical and business matters understandably to different target groups.
- Structured working method: You are characterized by a precise, analytical, and structured way of working.
