Over 30 years of experience in the plant business and millions of engineering hours have made VTU an important player in the planning of industrial plants. Our team is constantly growing and we are therefore looking for committed Project Engineers (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Muttenz and successfully implement innovative projects in the life sciences industry together with us.
Your tasks:
- Planning of process engineering plants from the concept phase to commissioning
- Carrying out process calculations
- Design and specification of equipment
- Creation of flow diagrams and P&ID schematics
- Preparation and participation in procurement
- Participation in risk analyses (HAZOP, FMEA, etc.)
- Coordination of specialist planners
- Support during acceptance and commissioning
- Organization of planning teams within a project
Your profile:
- You have a degree as an engineer in process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable courses of study
- Ideally, you have already gained 2 - 3 years of experience in the development, planning, realization and commissioning of process plants. GMP knowledge is an advantage
- Furthermore, you possess high social competence, are a team player and have a pronounced customer and quality orientation
- When working in project teams, you take on high personal responsibility and demonstrate resilience and strong communication skills
- You enjoy working with people from different disciplines
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage
