We are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) / 80 – 100% to strengthen our order processing in CH-Hünenberg immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks will be:

• Processing/coordinating customer and supplier orders within Europe
• Creating shipping and export documents, invoices
• Organizing transports, monitoring delivery dates, troubleshooting
• Availability control of ordered items
• Coordination of warehouse at our contract manufacturers
• Assisting with projects

What you bring:

• a completed commercial education as well as further training in the field of export/VAT (preferably specialist in foreign trade)
• solid several years of experience in import, export, material disposition
• customer-oriented working style
• confident German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
• good MS Office skills and IT affinity
• communicative and flexible personality
• high initiative, independence as well as an open personality with a touch of humor
