Property Accountant (m/f/d)

You are at home in property accounting, have a flair for numbers and appreciate independent, precise work?

Then you might be a good fit for us.

For our property management in Basel, we are looking for an experienced and reliable individual who independently manages the accounting of their own property portfolio.

Your tasks

• Accounts payable and receivable accounting
• Recording, posting and paying creditors
• Monthly bank reconciliations and rent charge postings
• Dunning and debt collection procedures
• Heating and ancillary cost statements
• Annual financial statements of the managed properties
• Social security statements and salary certificates for caretakers in secondary employment
• Contact with owners and tenants

We work largely digitally with AbaImmo from Abacus, a digital creditor workflow, and execute payments directly from the ERP.

What you bring with you

• Commercial training and experience in property accounting
• Strong numerical flair and good accounting understanding
• Precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good Excel and Office skills
• Experience with AbaImmo/Abacus is a great plus
• Enjoyment of working in a small team
