Golf Sempach is the largest golf resort in Switzerland with 2 x 18 hole championship courses as well as the country's largest indoor performance center, located in a spectacular scenic location, 3 km from the Sempach motorway exit. As part of the "Leading Golf Courses of Switzerland," the facilities meet the highest quality standards. Around 50 employees work for over 1,200 members and many guests. Our restaurant covers a wide range from à la carte cuisine to banquets for 350 people.To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as of March 2026 or by arrangement:

Your Tasks
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the entire kitchen area
- Work in our gourmet kitchen with à la carte and banquet service
- Responsible for menu and offer creation in cooperation with the head of gastronomy
- Monitoring and coordination of production
- Calculation of material usage
- Responsible for ordering fresh products/food and checking deliveries
- Responsible for varied and healthy staff catering
- Compliance with food law and hygiene regulations
Your Profile
- Training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of experience as head chef or sous chef in a comparable operation
- Experience in à la carte and banquet areas
- Flexible, resilient, creative, highly committed
