Your Tasks
You ensure a smooth process at the medical reception together with the team and create a professional, warm environment for our patients and guests.
• Personal care of our patients and guests, national and international
• Organization of treatments, therapies, and administrative processes
• Interface to doctors, specialists, and partners
• Support with offer requests and cost approvals
• Ensuring high-quality service in a professional environment
Your Profile
You speak fluent German and English and are an organizational talent with heart and joy in guest contact. You remain calm and confident even in demanding situations.
• Training in the hotel or commercial sector
• Service-oriented, communicative, and reliable
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Open to weekend shifts
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
