In the vocational preparatory school year of the BFF, we challenge and support adolescents and young adults in various cantonal educational programs. We assist and accompany them on their way to a follow-up solution, whether it be an apprenticeship, a pre-apprenticeship, or a job. In addition, we give them the opportunity to develop personally as well as professionally.
From 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027, we are looking for a position for the Vocational Preparatory School Year BVS (location Bern or Köniz)

Tasks
As part of a class team, you take on a central role in the career choice process: You coach and accompany about half of the adolescents on their way to their professional future. You teach various learning areas to your class; the division of these learning areas within the class team will be a topic in the job interview.
Possible learning areas:
Career and Society, Guided Individual Work, Understanding Nature, French, Mathematics, Sports, Computer Science, and Career Coaching.
Requirements
You are an open and committed teacher and want to support and promote young people on their way to an apprenticeship. Collaboration within the class team and the team at the location is also important to you. You have a teaching certificate for secondary level I or an equivalent qualification. You are familiar with the Office 365 suite or are willing to learn the programs (especially OneNote and Teams).
