In our Cargo Logistics Center Basel, you are part of a 130-member family. Near Basel SBB station, you can expect generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

Independent scheduling of national piece goods transports as well as partial and full loads, taking into account economic and ecological aspects
Central interface between sales, customers, and driving staff: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
Personal customer support and competent advice by phone
Leadership, deployment planning, and support of driving staff
Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
Handling various administrative tasks in daily business

Your profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the field of piece goods
Willingness to work shifts (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
