Your Tasks
- Implementation of medical therapy prescriptions into appointments for rehabilitants and therapists including follow-up prescriptions with Reha Complete software
- Efficient planning of therapists and doctors
- Prescription and planning of admission packages for the entire stay
- Planning of senior physician rounds
- Batch planning of treatment plans
- Entering training times, absences, vacations, and public holidays
- Checking and maintaining master data
- Distribution of changed appointment schedules into the mailboxes of rehabilitants
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a healthcare management clerk, office clerk, practice manager, therapist, medical assistant
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- IT affinity, confident in Excel, Word, and planning software LMZ
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Good organizational skills, precise judgment
- Willingness to learn and commitment
- Team spirit and service orientation
