To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Accounting Specialist who will help shape the future with us.

Your Tasks

• Management of financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting for our company and its subsidiaries
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
• Management of VAT returns and expense management
• Administrative and organisational tasks in daily operations
• Preparation of reports and analyses for management
• Support in controlling and liquidity planning
• Collaboration with internal and external partners, such as auditors and tax consultants
• Further development of processes and procedures in financial accounting

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in accounting (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting) or a degree in controlling/accounting
• Professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax law
• Confident handling of accounting software (SAP & Abacus) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking, structured working method and strong affinity for numbers
• Teamwork skills, strong communication and initiative as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various internal stakeholders (management, sales, production)
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English and Italian skills are an advantage
