Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling)

Activities

Programming and setting up various flat and profile grinding machines
Grinding precise individual parts and small series (partly automated)
Checking the manufactured parts with modern measuring instruments
Optimizing existing programs and processes

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic, mechanic, or toolmaker
Several years of experience in flat and profile grinding (cylindrical grinding is an advantage)
Good programming and setup skills
Experience as a CNC operator
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work staggered hours if needed
Flexible, team-oriented, reliable, self-initiated, communicative, and quick comprehension
