Deputy Head Chef 80% - 100% (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
• Preparation and cooking of European and Asian dishes
• "Front Cooking" – we have an open kitchen!
• Leading the kitchen and office team in the absence of the head chef
• Inventory, purchasing goods, administrative tasks
• Menu planning and development of new dishes
Your profile:
• Completed training as a cook
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or a restaurant of similar size (not mandatory)
• A friendly nature and great openness to new things
• Good knowledge of European cuisine as well as interest in Asian cuisine
• Working according to HACCP standards
• The ability to lead and motivate a large kitchen brigade
• Good German and English
• Polite interaction with customers and employees
