File Manager for the Secretariat of the Medical-Technical Directorate
The Directorate of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology (DMLP) is looking for a file manager at a 50% activity rate, on a permanent contract, for a start date of May 1, 2026, to strengthen the secretariat of the Medical-Technical Directorate.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The medical-technical management of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology is responsible for coordinating and improving the professional aspects of laboratory medicine. The secretariat supports the medical-technical management, as well as the platforms attached to it in various administrative activities, and also supports all the laboratories of the department.
The management of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology and its platforms are ISO 15189 accredited.
Mission
- You contribute to the administrative management of laboratory analysis requests
- You participate in administrative activities at the request of the medical-technical management
- You contribute to the administrative handling of study projects
- You participate in the management of the quality management system.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee and have several years of experience in an administrative support role
- You master common computer tools (Office) and are comfortable using new software
- You have a very good level of French both orally and in writing
- You are proactive, a source of proposals, and demonstrate rigor
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, as well as your sense of responsibility
- You have problem-solving skills autonomously and are solution-oriented
- You have a sense of service and diplomacy
- You have an interest in the laboratory field.
Depending on the candidate's profile, the salary class is between 5 and 6. The job description will be adapted accordingly.
