To complete our Data Governance team, we are looking for a Master’s intern who will work on the implementation of a data catalog starting February 2026 (or to be agreed) for a duration of about 6 months. Integrated into a dynamic and innovative environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a platform among industry standards and participate in the development of a strategic element for the company, namely the structuring and democratization of data knowledge.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Map and inventory data: Explore the company’s data (databases, data hub, data set) and organize the data according to the organization’s business areas.
- Collect and enrich metadata: Interact with business and IT experts to capture essential information: definition, business rules, access rules, use in processes.
- Reconcile conceptual data models and physical models: Build links between the business representation of data and physical models.
- Lead and coordinate the construction process of the information repository: Connect insurance business areas and application experts.
Your profile :
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science at a Swiss university or ETH.
- You have knowledge of end-to-end principles of Data Science.
- You master SQL and NoSQL databases and analytical cubes.
- You are autonomous, analytical, and comfortable in a constantly evolving technical environment.
- You have a good ability to work in a team and take initiatives.
