«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Close collaboration with the Head of Nursing + Therapies
- Organization of meetings, situational participation, and preparation of minutes
- Planning and organization of our internal course system
- Contributing administrative expertise across departments, including in projects
You bring with you
- Commercial training as well as ideally experience in a similar field and affinity for healthcare
- Confident German and proven expertise in minute-taking
- Good to very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in empathetic interaction with the various stakeholders of our institution
