Your tasks
- Advice and support for clinics, management, and employees on legal issues, especially in the areas of medical, health, contract, civil, criminal, administrative, social insurance, personnel, and data protection law
- Independent handling of the diverse daily business, especially dealing with exciting issues in the mentioned focus areas
- Development and further development of internal normative guidelines and conducting training with legal relevance
- Accompanying and leading procedures, especially of an administrative nature
- Participation in interdisciplinary projects
Your profile
- Completed law degree; further training (e.g., Dr. iur., attorney, CAS) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, preferably as a corporate lawyer in the hospital or health sector (24h/365 large operation)
- Expertise or work experience especially in the above-mentioned specialist areas
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- An efficient, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Ability to handle diverse legal questions in a practical and service-oriented manner
- Enjoy working in a team, proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure
