Your role

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Welcome visitors and provide general information
- Take and relay messages as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, parcels, and deliveries
- Coordinate with the IT department and Mail Center team
- Collaborate with administrative colleagues to ensure consistency and share best practices
- Work closely with executive assistants to support management requests and inquiries
- Manage employee and visitor badges, including identity checks
- Provide various support services to employees and visitors (e.g., arranging taxis, sharing transport information)
- Provide backup support to the Mail Center team, including assistance with travel arrangements, contract preparation, and other administrative tasks

Your profile
- Proven work experience (between 3 to 5 years’ experience) as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative in a high-end environment. Experience in the hospitality sector would be a plus.
- University degree or a CFC in Commercial Business
- Advanced verbal and written knowledge of French and English. German would be a plus
- Warm personality with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation, friendly and efficient
- Discreet, reliable, proactive and a good team player
- Competent user of Microsoft Office tools
- Capable of multitasking even under pressure
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
