Wengistein is an innovative and future-oriented senior center where 91 residents have found a new home. 160 employees work together to ensure the well-being of our residents. Would you like to be part of it? For our department with 12 residents and a holiday bed, we are looking for a motivated & committed person to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Manage the department professionally, organizationally, and personally
- Member of the middle management and the quality control group
- Member of the ethics committee
- Co-responsible for the implementation and further development of nursing standards, concepts, and projects
- Ensure and further develop nursing quality
- Collaboration in the interprofessional and interdisciplinary area
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Empathy and commitment to the needs of elderly people and employees
- High social and self-competence, resilience, and flexibility
- Negotiation skills, ability to reach consensus, and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good IT skills
