Profile
The suitable person for the role is proactive, flexible, dynamic, able to quickly learn new techniques and effectively cope with changes.
They are able to remain calm under stress, manage difficult situations, quickly establish priorities, and find effective solutions.
They have a predisposition for interdisciplinary and team work as well as the ability to listen patiently and carefully to their interlocutors.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention and personally and actively dedicate themselves to their continuous improvement.
Necessary requirements
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor SUPSI) or
- Nursing diploma (SSSCI) or
- Nursing diploma obtained in other Swiss cantons or
- Degree in nursing (Italy or other European countries) recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- Post-diploma training as an expert nurse in anesthesia care, certified SPD SSS or ASI diploma
