- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for foreign diplomas).
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in psychiatry.
- You have completed a basic course in aggression management or are willing to complete one.
- You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
- You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to an independent, responsible way of working.
- You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
- You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills.
- Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
