The following job posting is especially aimed at former participants of a YES program. We are looking to support the Corporate Volunteering Team from September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, with a new Programme Manager for the Pintolino program. In your role, you report to the national program management and work closely with an eight-member team. Your tasks
- Acquisition of school classes for the new program
- Conducting presentations at schools
- Writing various program documents and forms
- Contributing to the further development of the program
- Half-day training sessions for volunteers to prepare them for their deployment
- Ongoing professional supervision and personal support of the
- Active maintenance of customer relationships with volunteers and teachers Your profile
- Completed Matura, preferably started studies with a focus
- Good school certificates and a strong interest in economic and educational policy topics
- Very good language skills in German (spoken and written)
- High degree of initiative, communicative, team-oriented, resilient, and flexible
- Analytical thinking and independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office We offer
