• Preparation of work documents for production
• Checking data for the creation of production orders
• Triggering and monitoring production orders
• Updating parts lists and material requirements
• Maintaining article master data and technical drawings in the ERP
• Creating technical documentation
• Processing complaints and returns
• Purchasing raw materials and supplied goods
• Deadline monitoring for purchased components
• Inventory management
• Assistance with monthly and annual closings (inventory)
• Support in the digitization and automation of processes

• Completed basic training in the electrical or mechanical field (e.g., electrician, plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic)
• Professional experience in AVOR/purchasing is an advantage
• Confident German as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience with CAD programs is an advantage
• Communicative, team-oriented, proactive, resilient, "hands-on" mentality
• High social competence, independence, and pleasant manners
