Your Tasks
- Organization, further development, and quality assurance of the functional area
- Designing efficient workflows and developing innovative care concepts
- within your functional area
- Preparation and follow-up as well as continuous monitoring of patients (m/f/d)

- area of responsibility

Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or medical-technical assistant (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to obtain it
- Professional experience in the specified work area
- Proficient handling of clinic-specific IT systems
- Strategic thinking, decision-making and stress resistance, self-organization, and assertiveness
- Willingness to take responsibility, resilience as well as flexibility and empathy
