Are you looking for an independent and varied activity with intensive customer contact?
Then you are exactly right with us. In this exciting position, you will not only expand your technical skills but also have the opportunity to develop into a chief technician. Our internal Gilgen Academy offers you a solid introduction to our products as well as continuous training and further education.
Your area of responsibility
- As a customer service technician, you carry out maintenance, repair, and renovation work on automatic door and gate systems
- You support our service team in the Bern, Bernese Oberland, and Upper Valais regions within the framework of flexible deployment planning
- In case of personnel shortages, you assist with installation assignments
- In addition, you take on the on-call service and demonstrate that you remain calm even in stressful moments
Your profile
- You have completed a vocational training (e.g., automation, electrical, mechanical, vehicle, agricultural machinery, or industrial mechanics), are enthusiastic about technical contexts, and are willing to learn new things
- Service work is your thing – or you are curious to discover this exciting world
- You have a category B driving license and live in the Bern deployment region
- You bring very good German language skills
- You see yourself as an independent and conscientious person with high flexibility and do not mind being deployed in another region occasionally
