Technical Clerk (m/f) 50-80%

Your main tasks include:

• General administrative tasks

• Assistance with telephone and mail service

• Support in the tendering process for the road construction area Aarau

• Filing and archiving

• General correspondence

• Support services as a technical clerk for the department head and site managers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship

• Ideally professional experience in a similar environment

• Very good MS Office skills

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Efficient, thorough, and independent working style
