Customer Advisor Private Customers Individual (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Luzern, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Lucerne, Ebikon, Root, and Littau, we are looking for a motivated personality as a private customer advisor.

• Comprehensive, needs-oriented advice to our customers on all financing matters in the mortgage area as well as on investments
• Advising our customers on pension, insurance, retirement, and tax matters
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Developing needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks

• Completed banking training or comparable education
• Further training in banking or finance
• Experience in credit consulting (mortgages) and investment advice
• Enjoyment of customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels
• Strong customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Initiative, open and flexible
• Team player
