To strengthen our teams, we are offering a position of:
PMO Project Manager 80-100%
Your main missions
- Supervise and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently
- Organize and lead project meetings (kick-off, reviews, brainstorming, closures)
- Ensure operational monitoring of progress, deadlines, and risks
- Guarantee the quality and compliance of project deliverables
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate blocking points according to defined rules
- Ensure traceability of decisions and commitments
- Guarantee and promote the application of the PMO methodology in project management
Your profile
- Education in the tertiary field in Switzerland (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Continuing education in project management
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a project manager role
Your professional skills
- Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods
- Knowledge of the banking environment is a significant asset
- Native French speaker. All other foreign languages are recognized as an advantage.
- Great ease in learning various IT tools
- Skilled in applying collaborative and iterative project management methods
Your personal qualities
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a natural competence in decision-making
- Innate sense of oral and written communication, with a marked interest in teamwork
- High adaptability to change while demonstrating a strong ability to quickly adjust priorities.
