What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the food sector (e.g., dairy technologist, cook, baker) or as a plant operator.
- You show flexibility through your willingness to work in a 2-shift system and, if necessary, also in a 3-shift system.
- You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and also bring technical flair and interest in systems.
- You learn new processes and systems quickly and find your way around filling systems and operating systems quickly.
- Your physical and mental fitness make you resilient – you remain calm and focused even in hectic situations.
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, quality thinking, and team spirit.
