Your task
Your area of responsibility includes the professional and personal advice to our customers for the entire range of Salt products and services.
- Friendly reception of Salt Store customers
- Professional customer advice, recognising needs, arousing interest in new services/options
- Applying pencil selling to demonstrate the attractiveness of our offers to customers
- Making sales with enthusiasm and conviction
- Handling and resolving customers' technical questions
- Supporting the attractive presentation of our products
- Working at the till
What you bring
- Completed vocational training EFZ in retail, 1-2 years sales experience an advantage
- Technical flair as well as efficient and precise working methods
- Bilingual German-French, additional language skills an advantage
- Open, extroverted and sociable personality
- Desire and will to be successful together with the team
- Enjoy learning and a lively environment
- Confident in using computer tools
- High flexibility regarding working hours
