Secretary M/F for Operating Room Regulation at 100%
The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The operating room is a multidisciplinary technical platform comprising 9 operating rooms intended to accommodate adult and pediatric patients requiring scheduled surgery in one of our specialties (Orthopedics/Traumatology/Neurosurgery/ENT/Maxillofacial/Visceral/Gynecology-Obstetrics/Urology/Vascular). Two additional rooms are dedicated to 24/7 emergency care. The organization and management of the service are overseen by the Operating Room Management and Regulation.
The main duties of this position are
- Manage devices related to radioprotection
- Manage and monitor the operating room schedules and agendas
- Coordinate visits of pharmaceutical representatives and medical equipment
- Collaborate with the medical secretariats of surgeons (absence management)
- Manage administrative equipment orders
- Work closely with the operating room regulation and management (various tasks)
- Update and manage telephones
- Control and manage activity statistical data (TrackPro)
- Manage and update daily attendance lists in the operating room
- Actively participate in the overall administrative organization of the operating room
