Job summary

Tasks
- Prepare daily up to 150 lunches and 70 dinners, plus banquets.
- Make homemade bread and baked goods, along with other products.
- Lead a 5-member team, manage staff planning and procurement.
Skills
- Completed chef training (EFZ) and several years of experience required.
- Expertise in culinary leadership and team management needed.
- Strong German language skills (minimum C1) essential.

These are your tasks
- Responsibility for the fresh preparation of up to 150 lunches and 70 dinners daily, as well as occasional banquets
- Production of homemade breads, baked goods, and other in-house products
- Responsible for personnel management of the 5-member team and scheduling
- Responsible for purchasing, ordering, and inventory management of food as well as hygiene and catering concepts.
- Support of our clients according to their individual abilities in the work area
This is your profile
- A completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ and several years of experience in a comparable position in a similar environment are indispensable requirements
- Professional and leadership skills through further training as head chef, home cook, or catering manager
- Passion for fresh products and creative, contemporary cuisine
- Independent and precise working style with a high service orientation and a hands-on mentality
- Very good oral and written German skills (at least C1)
