Construction Site Manager Modernization Sector

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Successfully carry out our execution sites on TCE Modernization projects
• Lead a feasibility study including a financial estimate and a decision-making schedule
• Prepare measurements and location plans
• Coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, planners necessary for the study
• Write the project modification including cost, time, and quality impacts
• Organize and lead work sessions dedicated to the project modification study
• Collect impacts and effects on the project from fellow project managers

You bring:

• Concrete experience in the construction and building sector as well as confirmed field experience
• Knowledge of the world and functioning of a project in EG
• Mastery of plan reading, price preparation, and reading of specifications
• Possess a very good understanding of client needs
• Very good ability to coordinate tasks and interfaces (offices, contractors, companies, colleagues)
