Tasks
As part of the internship, you will support the media spokespersons in daily business and work within our communications team on project implementation. In addition to managing the media hotline and media monitoring, you will also independently carry out communication tasks.
- Support the media spokespersons in daily business
- Manage the media hotline
- Process and forward inquiries
- Independently monitor and process daily media coverage
- Maintain the journalist database
- Write briefings and background documents
- Assist in the execution of external projects and events (e.g., media conferences or trips)
- Deputize for interns in Strategic Communication

Requirements
- Students with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or completed higher vocational school in communication/journalism or during studies with a pending internship
- Excellent German skills; good oral and written English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Excellent written expression and high writing competence
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- First professional or internship experience in communications is an advantage
- Experience in the airline/tourism sector is an advantage
- Experience with content management systems is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, committed, flexible, and resilient
- Independent and precise working style
- Team player and creative
