SIGA produces a completely airtight, energy-efficient building envelope made of high-quality membranes, sealing tapes, and sealants, which are distributed worldwide. Around 650 employees in 24 countries work every day to realise this vision.
Between innovation and market launch, there are often complex regulatory challenges. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you operate at the interface between new technologies, international markets, and regulatory requirements, bringing these perspectives together. This creates the foundation for our products to be successfully launched worldwide and continuously developed. Together, we realise a vision that shapes the future.

- Willingness to travel (max. 10%) for occasional visits to laboratories, certification bodies, etc.
- Strong organisational and communication skills in collaboration with external partners, as well as an analytical and efficient working style combined with high initiative
- Ability to structure complex regulatory contexts and explain their impact on the company clearly
About the Job
The core of your task is the safe and sustainable approval of our products for international markets. You ensure compliance with legal requirements in chemical and hazardous substances law (GHS, REACH, CLP) and accompany regulatory issues throughout the entire product lifecycle. From product registrations in international databases to the implementation of regulatory requirements and the maintenance of relevant documentation such as safety data sheets or declarations of conformity, you ensure that our products meet the conditions for their use worldwide.
Together with auditors, institutes, and certification bodies, you coordinate product certifications and bring together requirements from international markets, standards, and products. You work closely with customers, suppliers, associations, and authorities and develop practical solutions that combine regulatory security with business objectives. Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments is also part of your role, as is assessing their impact on our products and markets. From this, you derive appropriate measures and actively drive their implementation. Additional scope for shaping is offered by projects for the digitalisation of regulatory processes and the further development of our monitoring system. You contribute your expertise especially with new products and their requirements at an early stage and support the forward-looking classification of regulatory developments. In this way, you make a direct contribution to establishing our products safely, efficiently, and sustainably in international markets.
