We provide more than 40 medical disciplines with the aim of caring for each patient and resident, thanks to over 2,000 professionals working daily to offer quality care.
We are looking for our medico-social establishments (EMS) in Morges and Aubonne:
4 ASSC Apprentices - Assistants in Care and Community Health (M/F)
Starting August 1, 2026.
WE OFFER YOU
- A training plan involving the discovery of 2 missions (geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry) within at least 2 different sites, between Morges and Aubonne.

YOU HAVE
- A certificate of completion of compulsory schooling or you are about to complete your schooling.
- A well-defined professional project, thanks to an observation internship in EMS care that allowed you to confirm your choice, required.
- A real motivation to commit for 3 years to supporting elderly and health-fragile people within our EMS in Morges or Aubonne.
- A good adaptability allowing you to follow a training rotation involving passing through 3 training services during your apprenticeship.
- Dynamic, willing, and empathetic by nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork.
- A very good level of French, good learning ability, and a sense of listening.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the residents of our EMS by being attentive to their needs and habits.
- Participate in supporting residents in daily life activities, as well as adapting and maintaining their environment, with their collaboration.
- Provide care, apply certain treatments, and perform medico-technical acts by delegation and under the responsibility of the nurse.
