About the job
The Personnel Office is at the heart of the action. We advise and support managers and employees in around 80 offices and companies with all their HR concerns. This includes the entire HR lifecycle process, including development, occupational health management, as well as ensuring HR instruments and systems.
For our Occupational Health Management (BGM), we are looking for a
Your tasks, which promise variety:
- Advice and support for sick or injured employees within the framework of Occupational Case Management - from intake to successful integration
- Independent management of an assigned portfolio
- Support for supervisors during the integration process and in joint problem-solving
- Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks
- Coordination of all parties involved such as HR managers, social insurance, doctors
- Co-design and further development of our processes and workflows

- Basic medical training with solid expertise
- Further training and solid knowledge in the social insurance sector, complemented by knowledge of labor law
- Several years of experience in independent case management
