The Centre for Specialised Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (ZPP) is part of the Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the PDAG (Clinic Director Prof. Dr med Marc Walter). It brings together the inpatient, specifically psychotherapeutically oriented treatment services for people with complex trauma sequelae disorders, chronic depression, personality disorders, as well as problems managing acute life crises independently or with outpatient services. The offer also includes the special consultation for pregnancy and breastfeeding. The ZPP is led by Dr med Nina Schweinfurth-Keck, Chief Physician, Dr phil Armin Blickenstorfer, Chief Psychologist, and Andrea Jaggi, Head of Nursing and Specialist Therapies, and comprises three wards including a ward for supplementary insured patients as well as an outpatient clinic. Part of the centre is also a training institute. It offers a modular, certified curriculum with training in scientifically based psychotrauma therapy as part of the Königsfelder Seminars. For doctors, the centre is an SIWF-recognised training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy category A inpatient (3 years).
Profile
- You have completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or as a medical practice assistant; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- You bring sound IT skills, especially in MS Office; knowledge of Navision and Orbis is an advantage
- You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English and French
- You enjoy telephone contact with patients and have a flair for organisation and planning
- You are characterised by an independent, reliable and careful way of working
- You are a committed and team-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
Tasks
- You answer internal and external telephone calls
- You take over the administrative support of the Autism Advisory Service
- You maintain the waiting list and arrange assessment appointments
- You are responsible for appointment organisation and mail processing
- You independently handle written enquiries from professionals and parents
- You manage reporting and administer electronic medical records in the Orbis system
- You support our specialists in administrative matters
- You take on various other administrative and organisational tasks in everyday office life
