We care for our residents and their relatives with professional expertise and a lot of human commitment. The situations of our residents are sometimes complex. Treatment, care, and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social, or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing specialists, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, and chaplains.

- Responsibility for the nursing care and support of our residents during the night
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with night doctors and colleagues from other floors

- Perform at least 4 day shifts annually including participation in team meetings
You
- have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH (including SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- possess a high level of professionalism, service orientation, and social competence
- are an extremely empathetic personality and communicate on equal footing
- enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team

Our comprehensive and interprofessional services include long-term care, rehabilitation, support for people with dementia, as well as a day center. Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal care center is located in close proximity to the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main train station.
