To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Reservation & Guest Service Agent 100%
(m/f/d)
You are primarily responsible for
- accepting and booking reservations made by phone, in writing, or by email
- retrieving and processing reservations via various reservation systems
- active sales and advising guests by phone
- participating in mystery calls and individual coaching afterwards
- contact person for hotel guests via phone, accepting room service orders and spa inquiries
- selling hotel vouchers
- responsibility for guest correspondence
- processing daily checklists and inquiries
- actively handling and preventing guest complaints, with internal training available
You have completed vocational training in the administrative field. Ideally, you already have experience in tourism or hospitality. You speak German, English, and preferably also French fluently, both spoken and written. Shift and weekend work are a matter of course for you. You show high commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and work calmly, precisely, and efficiently even under time and work pressure.
