This is what awaits you:

• Advising and selling in the shop
• Serving guests in the café
• Inventory management
• Dishwashing & cleaning tasks

Leadership tasks:

You support the branch management in the following tasks.

• Leading the team
• Organizing work shifts
• Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept

This is what you bring:

• Basic training as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist or in-depth experience in one of these areas
• Team spirit: For you, it is natural to communicate with your team about work and to complete tasks as a team.
• First leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods are an advantage
• Flexibility regarding work shifts, as we are open 7 days a week
• Reliability and willingness to take responsibility as well as to think ahead in everyday life
• Willingness to learn: You are open to learning and implementing new things.
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
