Job Description

Your tasks

• Active wine consultations and recommendations for our guests
• Management and supervision of service stations, including active service, care, and advice for our guests
• Close cooperation with the restaurant management and relieving them in administrative areas (inventory management, ordering fresh goods, etc.)
• Leading daily service meetings and acting as a link between restaurant management and staff
• Assisting in the management of the wine cellar including the annual wine inventory

Qualifications

• You have the appropriate professional training or a degree from a hotel management school
• You have very good wine knowledge and ideally bar knowledge
• You are an outgoing front person with joy in guest contact
• You are a good salesperson and have a feel for individual guest wishes
• You are a team player and integrator
• You have an eye for detail
• You speak very good German and ideally have French and English skills
