Work Educator (Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, 80 to 100%)

What awaits you with us

• You accompany our apprentices (EFZ/EBA) in everyday life, supporting them professionally and personally – step by step, on equal footing
• You take responsibility in the mentoring system: you plan development goals, conduct conversations, and document progress
• You work closely with colleagues from social pedagogy, school, therapy, and other internal departments
• Together with your team colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly technically – from building technology to machines to well-maintained outdoor facilities
• You lend a hand with craftsmanship – you independently and carefully carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and renovations

What you bring with you

• A completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist
• Enjoyment in working with young people – especially those who do not always take the straight path
• You have already completed training in work education – or are motivated to start it with our support
• You are structured, think ahead, can set priorities – and remain calm even when several things are happening at once
• You enjoy working in a team, are open, reliable, and bring humor
• Driver's license category B – so you can also support mobility
