YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team throughout the advisory and merger & acquisition sales process with Swiss SMEs
- Participate in the preparation of presentation documents, business valuations, and the drafting of sales contracts
- Collaborate in the implementation of sales strategies and negotiations
- Contribute to administrative and marketing tasks
- Organize and participate in internal and external events
YOUR PROFILE
- Holder of a Bachelor or Master (University or University of Applied Sciences) degree in business management or finance
- Confirmed initial experience in the finance/accounting sector, ideally in mergers and acquisitions
- Good knowledge of fundamental business valuation concepts
- Interest in economic and legal contexts
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German (min. B2), English is an asset
- Possessing a good team spirit, your positive attitude, interpersonal, writing skills, and customer orientation are recognized and appreciated
- Reliable, good communicator, proactive, and able to understand the needs of demanding clients, you have a real entrepreneurial spirit
- Precise, autonomous, and organized, you have an analytical mind and a sense of responsibility
