Your tasks
- The position holder (m/f/d) is responsible, among other things, for the implementation of sociomilieu therapy in the residential groups.
Your profile
- Nursing or geriatric nursing exam or comparable training in the educational field; other qualifications are possible if suitable
- Several years of professional experience in measures, penal system, or psychiatry is an advantage
- Furthermore, we expect from the position holder:
- The ability to see the offense of our patients as an expression of the psychiatric disorder
- The willingness to establish a relationship with our mostly severely personality-disordered patients
- The will to actively contribute as part of a security concept
- Ability and willingness to communicate with patients, employees, and supervisors
- Ability to take responsibility and implement decisions/team decisions made
- Willingness for own further training and education
