Your tasks
- Management, staff leadership of a daycare team (10 employees)
- Resource-appropriate planning of employees and working time management
- Employee development, support and advice to employees in their tasks
- Responsible for the implementation of the processes and standards defined in the Q system, quality assurance
- Adapting, developing and further developing structures and concepts
- Participation in a low-threshold daycare offer in the areas of life practice, material experience and sensory experience
- Responsible for the holistic care of clients during the daycare offers
- Contact person work
- Responsible for client administration
- Designing and setting up educational settings
We expect from you
- Completed further training as a team leader in social and social-medical organizations as well as leadership experience
- Completed training in work pedagogy or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the daycare/day structure area
- High resilience, flexibility and tolerance
- Networked thinking
- You like to take responsibility and demonstrate a solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Humor, wit and a positive attitude towards life are among your strengths
- You have good PC user skills and support developments in the field of digitalization
